A rare and preserved terroir for exceptional wines: an estate located at an altitude of 580 metres and nestled in a protected valley on the borders of the Ventoux and Monts de Vaucluse, voluntarily conducted in organic polyculture, a guarantee of the preservation of biodiversity and the presence, on the grapes and in the cellar, of natural yeasts whose quality ensures perfect fermentation.

6 bottles of 75cl. 

This cuvée is a blend of Caladoc and Cinsault, harvested and sorted by hand. Its vinification without added sulphites and at low temperature during 4 weeks allows to extract many fruity aromas. We find essentially notes of fresh red fruits.
