A rare and preserved terroir for exceptional wines: an estate located at an altitude of 580 metres and nestled in a protected valley on the borders of the Ventoux and Monts de Vaucluse, voluntarily conducted in organic polyculture, a guarantee of the preservation of biodiversity and the presence, on the grapes and in the cellar, of natural yeasts whose quality ensures perfect fermentation.

Vin Doux Naturel without GI, because late harvest. 

This 100% Syrah cuvée, with ruby reflections, harvested and sorted by hand, is matured in barrels and demi-muids for 24 months. This maturing gives a cuvée with a vanilla nose with notes of fairly ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberry and some raspberry notes. 

The mouth benefits from a very pure perfumed bouquet of red and black fruits, a mouth with notes of kirsch gives way to a beautiful roundness and a light sweetness.

The tannic structure at the end of the mouth is synonymous with a great vintage.

Suggestion : This late harvest is best served as an aperitif with melon and cured ham, or as a dessert with a chocolate fondant.  Serve chilled.
