A rare and preserved terroir for exceptional wines: an estate located at an altitude of 580 metres and nestled in a protected valley on the borders of the Ventoux and Monts de Vaucluse, voluntarily conducted in organic polyculture, a guarantee of the preservation of biodiversity and the presence, on the grapes and in the cellar, of natural yeasts whose quality ensures perfect fermentation.

6 bottles of 75cl. 

This rosé, mainly Cinsault, presents a fresh, fine and elegant nose which reveals both fruity aromas of grapefruit and the delicacy of white flower notes. The ample and greedy mouth is structured by the mineral freshness of the finish. 

This gastronomic rosé blends elegantly with summer recipes for fish, seafood and vegetables and accompanies beautiful sunny days.

Vinification: Slow fermentation with temperature control. Ageing: In demi-muids and stainless steel vats (6 months). Bottling : Slight plate filtration (cellulose) natural precipitation during low temperatures in winter. 

Grape variety : 90% Cinsault and 10% Caladoc. 

Custody time: 2 years  

Alcohol: 12.5%.
