copy of 1 x Les Dernières Terres 2017

A rare and preserved terroir for exceptional wines: an estate located at an altitude of 580 metres and nestled in a protected valley on the borders of the Ventoux and Monts de Vaucluse, voluntarily conducted in organic polyculture, a guarantee of the preservation of biodiversity and the presence, on the grapes and in the cellar, of natural yeasts whose quality ensures perfect fermentation.

1 bottle of 75cl.

This 100% Syrah cuvée has an intense colour, harvested and sorted by hand, after pre-maceration and slow fermentation in wooden truncated cone vats, was aged in barrels and half-muids for 12 months.

The palate expresses kirsch, as well as a palette of ripe red fruits such as cherry and redcurrant. The whole is coated with silky tannins.

The nose is reminiscent of ripe red fruit notes such as black cherry and blackberry.

This wine goes perfectly with red meats and firm cheeses.

Cellaring time: 5 years

Alcohol: 14.5%.
